Do I need to be flexible/experienced to participate?

No, not at all! Our bridal yoga sessions are open level classes that are taught at an accessible level for all to participate equally regardless of experience. We can tailor your class to best fit your party.



Are the classes at a studio?

No, we bring the studio experience to you! There are a few options depending on your particular package. Many of our brides choose to do classes outdoors or in their home. Ultimately the location is the bride’s choice and we aim to make it as convenient as possible.



Do you travel to location weddings?

Yes. Our packages include travel within 30 minutes of Sydney CBD. Additional travel fees apply for greater distances.
